About me

Hi! My name is Miranda and I am currently a post doctoral scholar in the Grand Challenge Initiative program at Chapman University in Orange, CA. I received my Ph.D. in May of 2022 in Environmental Toxicology at the University of California Riverside. I am originally from Washington and received my B.S. in Environmental Science from Western Washington University (Go Vikings!). Outside of academia, I enjoy cooking for friends, sifting through antique shops, reading historical fiction, and caring for my sourdough starter.
